Problem：I've already described the problem with the product many times - the engine stopped working, it simply wouldn't turn on. When the charger was connected, sparks appeared at the battery connector, and even when the display was turned off, there was a smell of ozone from the engine, i.e. burning insulation or controller electronics. The engine wouldn't start. The battery is 100% fine. Just disconnect it from the engine. Every time I connected it, the battery protection disconnects the power supply to the engine and the engine smells of the electronics. If I want to charge the battery connected to this engine, the charger turns off. After disconnecting the battery from the engine, the charger can charge the battery again (the battery has a smart BMS, so I check it's good through the app). Please forgive me if I don't record a video, but I'm afraid the engine will catch fire!

After installing the motor: If mechanical collisions happened between motor and frame, Add gaskets,We will send extra 2pcs 41*35*2.5mm gaskets.If you do not add gaskets, It is easy crack the shell and destroy torque sensor.
Speed sensor:Tighten with cable tie,Keeping distance between 10mm to 15mm,The arrow align at magnet.
After installing Note:
The motor does not work when the mid motor TSDZ8 is no-load;
If the matching display’s model is XH18-LCD, rotating the throttle is only for Power assist shift.
Do not tough the pedals when turing on the display power.
